Israel-Hamas war live updates: More foreign nationals to exit Gaza; U.N. condemns Jabalya camp strikes


Hundreds of foreign nationals are expected to leave Gaza via the Rafah border crossing to Egypt on Thursday, after Gaza’s border authority released a list of nearly 600 eligible foreign-passport holders, including 400 Americans. It would be the second batch of such departures after some injured Palestinians, along with hundreds of foreign nationals and dual citizens, left the Gaza Strip on Wednesday. The United Nations has condemned Israeli airstrikes on the Jabalya refugee camp, saying they “could amount to war crimes.” The strikes have killed and injured hundreds of people, according to a hospital director in Gaza. Israel said the strikes targeted Hamas operatives and infrastructure.
